What is Ventrilo?
Ventrilo is a voice chat program used a lot by online communities. It's similar to Skype, as it can be used to talk to other people using your microphone. However, instead of talking to just one person at a time like on Skype, you can talk to several people at a time using Ventrilo, as long as you are on the same server and in the same channel as they are. Using Ventrilo is a good way to get to learn other community members and our Staff better. It can also be a very useful tool while PvPing or raiding in-game. While you're busy in-game, it's often hard to type as well. Using Ventrilo you can just talk to your group members, which makes raiding and PvPing way more comfortable and decreases the chance of screwing up because you are typing.
