Introducing: FREE group transfers for both Tenacious and Revenant!

We are pleased to announce that we are bringing back a free character transfers for groups of 3 players and bigger. What exactly you will get when transfering depends on the size of the group you are transfering with. The more people transfer at the same time, the more you will get

What exactly will I get on Tenacious?

• 3-4 people: level 80 and free T7 + level 70 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 1 24-slot bag, 1 pet and 500 gold. Only 1 character per player.
  
• 5-7 people: level 80 and free T8 + level 70 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 2 24-slot bags, 1 pet, 1 land mount and 1000 gold. Only 1 character per player.
  
• 8-10 people: level 80 and free T9 + level 80 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 3 24-slot bags, 1 pet, 1 land mount and 2500 gold. Up to 2 characters per player.
  
• 10+ people: level 80 and free T10 + level 80 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 4 24-slot bags, 1 pet, 1 land mount, 1 flying mount and 2500 gold. Up to 2 characters per player.

What exactly will I get on Revenant?

• 3-4 people: level 60 and free T3 + level 60 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 1 24-slot bag, 1 pet and 500 gold. Only 1 character per player.
  
• 5-7 people: level 70 and free T6 + level 70 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 2 24-slot bags, 1 pet and 500 gold. Only 1 character per player.
  
• 8-10 people: level 80 and free T7 + level 70 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 3 24-slot bags, 1 pet, 1 land mount and 1000 gold. Up to 2 characters per player.
  
• 10+ people: level 80 and free T8 + level 80 rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons. 4 24-slot bags, 1 pet, 1 land mount, 1 flying mount and 2500 gold. Up to 2 characters per player.

What are the requirements/rules for group transfers?

• You need to have a group of at least 3 people. Everyone should be able to get online at the same time.
  
• Your character on the old server should have at least level 60 to be eligible for a transfer.
  
• Everyone can only get 1 character transfered (with groups of up to 7 players), or 2 characters with groups of 8 players and more.
  
• Every group can only transfer once, you can not get 2 group transfers for the same group of people.
  
• Only new players will be able to get levels/gear. Existing players can count towards the total group size though (this will also allow people who missed the initial transfer with your group, to get it later anyway, as long as you get enough people online at the same time).
  
• You are not required to come from the same server, nor are you required to transfer to the same realm. If you wish to, part of your group can transfer to Tenacious while the others transfer to Revenant.
  
• Abusing the transfer system will result in a punishment, which can range from taking away the levels/gear to teporary or permanent character/account bans depending on the severity.

How do I transfer?

Step 1: Take screenshots of the character info / server population.

On your old server, take a screenshot with:

• The server population and uptime showing in your chat window.
  
• Your character window open showing the gear and level of your character.
  
• The social window open showing a list of people in your server's world or global channel. If your server doesn't have one, take a screenshot of general in a crowded zone.

Step 2: Prepare your characters/accounts.

You will have to make the characters/accounts on our server yourself. First, register an account here, and then create 1 or 2 level 1 characters on them (depending on how many characters you want/are allowed to have transfered).
Please be sure that your backpack is completely empty, and other bags as well if you have any!

Step 3: Send the information to us.

Send an e-mail to transfer@tenaciousgaming.com with the following:

• The screenshots from everyone in your group.
  
• The realm, account and character names (on our servers) from everyone in the group. Be sure to make clear which character from the old server is transferring to which character on our server.
  
• For each character, list the rings, trinkets, necklace and weapons you want.
  
• At least 3 times at which everyone in the group can be online for the transfer. Times should be in CST (check the time in-game on our servers if you are not sure).

If everything is fine, you will receive an e-mail back as soon as possible confirming the transfer and the time at which the transfer will take place. Please make sure everyone is online at that time. What you will get depends on how many people are online for the transfer, not on the number of characters included in the e-mail.
