The top 5 voters are the following people:

The Lottery
The January prize was never claimed. So I will both redraw the winner for January and draw a winner for February. We ended below the top 50 is both months, so the prize for both months is $10 donation credit (200 emblems).
The January ticket numbers were 1493 - 1713. Random number generator... 1668.
The February ticket numbers are 1714 - 1866. Random number generator... 1716.
