). The next step in improving the communication will be regular (bi-weekly) community meetings.We had a community meeting before, though never on a regular basis, from now on we will. There will be a meeting every 2 weeks, a few hours after our Staff meetings. The exact time will vary so everyone can attend a meeting once in a while. The meetings are meant to inform you on what is going on and what we are working on, as well as giving you an oppurtunity to ask questions to the Staff and/or the Management.
The first regular meeting will be this Saturday at 9:30PM CST (3:30PM GMT). The meeting will take place on ventrilo. We understand not everyone has a microphone, but even without a mic you can come on ventrilo and hear what others say. To ask questions or respond to something, you can always use the chat.
We hope to see a lot of people there, and be sure to ask whatever you want to know. We might not be able to answer everything, but we'll try! If you can't be there, don; t worry, we will post a summary of the meeting on the forums.
